This is a retreat designed with love and passion. The retreat will run for two nights at the stunning Lawson Lodge Macedon Country Estate, you will have three days to take in the majestic Mt Macedon views and the rolling hills of Lawson Lodge.

This retreat not only guarantees you will leave feeling rested, calm and content, but you will also leave with numerous skills and tools that you can implement into your day to day living.

Our goal is to educate and inspire you to lead a healthy, well balanced and positive life through our classes and workshops lead by the industries best .

On Saturday the 20th of October, Join Kind of Mind at the beautiful This is Life Family Wellness Emporium. We have an inspiring line up of wellness professionals to educate and empower you to be proactive about your health and wellness.

We want to provide you insight into what makes your body function optimally in this busy modern world we live in.

On Sunday the 27th of May 2018 join Kind of Mind for a Mindful in May Brunch at Luxton Clinic in Armadale. We will be focusing on mindfulness, leaving you with some tools to transform your mind towards greater well-being and happiness. Sarah Stevens (Naturopath and Nutritionist) founder of Luxton Clinic will be talking about the importance of nutrition and mindful eating. 

Indulge in a delicious brunch supplied by Kind of Mind followed by a meditation class to conclude the event.
