Kind of Mind have put together some of Melbourne's most renowned wellness entrepreneurs and health enthusiasts. As our lives are getting busier we need to keep oursleves as fresh, vibrant and free of sickness as we can. To help you learn about ways to feel more vibrant and happy on a daily basis, we will be breaking down nutrition, discussing gut health and its large role in our everyday functioning, learning about mindfulness strategies and sitting down for a seated meditation class and linking movement and mindfulness with a 45 minute yoga class with one of Melbourne’s top yogis Sammy Veall.
