An experienced nurse and a competitive track and field athlete, Stephanie has an intricate understanding of the value of nutrition and its role in supporting gut health, reducing stress, preventing illness and promoting wellness.
Stephanie is a lover of food and thrives on exploring creative ways to nourish her own body and provide it with the right nutrients to support her active lifestyle. Living with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) since year 11, Stephanie developed a strong appreciation for a diet rich in natural ingredients which has helped her to not only successfully manage her IBS but also improve her overall health, wellbeing , and productivity at work while feeling vibrant and energetic. Stephanie’s interest and subsequent passion for health and wellness, both physically and emotionally grew stronger and stronger.
Stephanie is passionate about sharing her knowledge and helping others on the path to overcome their personal wellness challenges so that they can experience the same amazing transformation that she has.
